1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fin Folders ("Service", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Fin Folders is a cloud-based digital document management platform designed for businesses, CAs, and financial professionals. The Service allows users to upload, organise, store, and retrieve financial documents securely.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, interfere with security features, or use the Service to harm others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store it solely to provide the Service. We claim no ownership over your content.
7. Data Security
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data. All documents are stored encrypted on secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fin Folders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
