You may cancel your Fin Folders subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@finfolders.com.
Upon cancellation:
As a general rule, subscription payments are non-refundable. Given the nature of our digital service, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods once access has been granted.
We will review and consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For annual plan subscribers, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the subscription year. However, you may cancel at any time and retain access until the annual period expires.
Fin Folders does not offer a free trial. Instead, every registered account has permanent access to the Starter Plan at no cost. The Starter Plan is available to all users from the moment they create an account and does not require a payment method or expire after a set period.
If you choose not to upgrade to a paid plan, you may continue using the Starter Plan indefinitely with no charge.
